Rotator cuff problems are believed to be present in as many as 25% of those over the age of 50 – though these aren’t always symptomatic.

The hip joint can withstand recurring motion and a fair amount of wear and tear.

The average age of people with CTS is 40–50 years old, and carpal tunnel syndrome is more prevalent in women than men.

Relatively, 50% of the risk of CTS is hereditary or determined in the genes.

The foot is an intricate structure containing 26 bones with 33 joints, 107 ligaments, 19 muscles and multiple tendons that hold the structure together and allow it to move.

An average, healthy person should aim to take 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day.
